Ranch-raised, range-grass-finished beef with a special gift! This box represents a percentage of a whole cow. Because each cow is uniquely processed to produce the best cuts, this variety box will let you experiment with new cuts while ensuring you have the staple steaks and hamburger you need and want. While cuts and grinds will vary, boxes will represent the whole cow in the percentages as described below.

Each box contains:
40% Primal Cuts-This includes your roasts and steaks (which are really just slices of roasts!). Some examples are fillet mignon, flat iron, New York strips, flank, skirts, and sirloins.
60% Grinds-Typically made into ground beef, hamburger, or sausages, these are the pieces of meat that are trimmed off of a primal cut.
